Our Practice

We focus on the following practice areas.

CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

We represent clients at all stages of civil proceedings: the District Courts, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court. We have represented clients in complex civil cases. We have advised clients on various civil and commercial disputes, such as tort, breach of contract, marriage, inheritance, land, property, investment, consumer protection, banking, insurance, shareholder disputes.

CRIMINAL LITIGATION

We accompany clients at all stages of criminal proceedings: from the police or prosecutor investigation to the criminal trial. We have accompanied a client in a corruption case carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in connection with a bribe to the Constitutional Court Judge. We have advised clients on various criminal matters, including drug abuse, asset recovery as a result of crimes, fraud, embezzlement, and forgery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISPUTES

We represent clients in intellectual property disputes, such as trademark and copyright disputes before the Commercial Courts and the Supreme Court.

ADMINISTRATIVE CASES

We have represented clients in various stages of administrative proceedings, such as licensing and decree disputes issued by the central or local governments.

ARBITRATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We represent clients before the domestic arbitration institution (the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI)). We have represented clients in arbitration proceedings concerning contractual and construction disputes. We have also assisted and represented clients in arbitration enforcement proceedings before Indonesian courts.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS DISPUTES

We represent clients at all stages of industrial relations proceedings. We have advised clients on various industrial relations disputes, such as dispute of right and termination of employment.

BANKRUPTCY AND SUSPENSION OF PAYMENT

Providing accurate legal services in representing clients as a Debtor or a Creditor in the entire process related to PKPU and/or Bankruptcy from the preparation, examination and proceedings in the Commercial Courts and the Supreme Court and other necessary actions.
