Boby Jaya Mustafa is the founder of BJM Advocates. He is a Hokkien, Chinese, who graduated from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Before founding BJM Advocates, Boby Jaya Mustafa had many years of experience working in Frans Winarta and Partners, a famous and prominent litigation law firm in Indonesia.
During his years of practice as a litigation lawyer, Boby has a good reputation and has been involved in numerous high profile civil and criminal cases and he has won a lot of cases by defending many large national and international companies in the Indonesian courts. Within the scope of litigation matters, Boby has experience in handling general criminal cases (fraud, embezzlement and forgery), special criminal cases (corruption, drug abuse, and bribery), general civil cases (tort, breach of contract, marriage, inheritance, land, property, investment, consumer protection, banking, insurance, business competition), special civil cases (bankruptcy, suspension of obligation for payment of debts, intellectual property, industrial relations dispute) and administrative cases.
In addition, Boby also has experience in handling dispute resolution outside of court, and drafting legal opinions related to legal issues.
Ernesto Aditya

Ernesto Aditya (Ernest) is an Associate in BJM with solid experience in litigation, commercial disputes, and corporate law. Ernest graduated from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University with a specialty in criminal law. In his years of practice as a litigation, commercial dispute, and corporate lawyer, Ernest is experienced in handling various criminal cases, general civil cases, commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, labor disputes, and general corporate law matters.
Made Aryasana
Partner
Made Aryasana (Made) is a partner in corporate practice group at BJM Advocates. Prior to join BJM Advocates, he was an Associate in the corporate transaction practice group in an international law firm in Jakarta. Having based in Jakarta for the last ten years, he has routinely handled general corporate, manpower, projects, and financing matters.
During his lawyering time, he has completed the secondment program for 2 (two) major clients where he handled their general corporate matters, drafting and reviewing operational related agreements and manpower related matters.
Made has advised and represented various domestic and international clients across a wide range of sectors, including private equity, project financing, digital technology, manpower, electricity, mining, and infrastructure. He was admitted to practice in Indonesia and an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
Dharma Patriatama
Associate
Dharma Patriatama (Dharma) graduated from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University with a specialty in criminal law. Dharma has a deep understanding of the penal code and criminal trial procedures. During his university days, Dharma actively participated in the National Moot Court Competition which developed his legal skills. In addition, Dharma was also active in handling various litigation cases, including general civil law, family law, company law, intellectual property law, general criminal law, and corruption law. This experience has broadened Dharma’s knowledge and capabilities in various aspects of law, as well as enhanced his skills in handling complex legal disputes. With his formal education and practical experience, Dharma is ready to provide comprehensive legal services and effective solutions to his clients.
